Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

To return an item to us, please let us know within 14 days from receiving your order ~ just send an email to Stacey@Zaggora.com.

Shipping

All orders are shipped, tracked and delivered with express courier delivery. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Returning an item for an exchange or a refund

Items purchased at full price

To return an item to us, please let us know within 14 days from receiving your order ~ just send an email to Stacey@Zaggora.com.

Please notify us within 14 days from the day of receipt if your wish to exchange or return. At that point we will provide you with a return authorization number and you will have further 14 days to get the item back to us. If we do not receive the item back to our warehouse within 14 days of authorization we reserve the right to authorize a refund or exchange. 

Please kindly note that if we do not receive the item back to our warehouse within 14 days of authorization we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. 

Please kindly allow up to 10 days for your return items to be processed once received by our warehouse. Once processed, if your items were returned in their original sellable condition (tags attached, items unworn and unwashed and in original undamaged packaging) we will arrange your refund (within 14 days) or exchange.

Items purchased on an offer

Any items bought with a coupon, discount, or any other offer are not eligible for a refund and are final sale. We can offer exchanges into different sizes should your item bought on an offer does not fit and if there is nothing you like to exchange into at that particular time we would be delighted to offer store credit for a purchase at a later date. 

Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs

Unwanted items

If you are returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you. We would provide you with shipping labels and RMA so that the items can be accepted back into our warehouse, however are not able to reimburse shipping costs. It would be your responsibility to ensure the item gets to us and is shipped via a trackable method with proof of delivery. If you are exchanging the item into something else, the shipping cost to ship a new item to you will be covered by us.  

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning to us items which have been shipped to you in error, we would gladly cover the shipping cost of those back to our warehouse and the shipping cost of the correct item to you. 

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 calendar days of your item being processed by our warehouse, which can be up to 10 days after the item is received. We will honor all refunds if you let us know within 14 days of purchase and when the item is received back it is in a saleable condition. That means the item needs to be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and in the original undamaged packaging.
