Passionate about design.

Passionate about design.

Our design team draw on inspiration and understanding of customer wants and needs. They balance trending stryles with timeless, flattering shapes to keep you looking and feeling good. Every style starts with a sketch, an idea that evolves through iteration, refinement and feedback to become real.

Our stylists work with our production team to make samples which are thoroughly tried and tested before we make an initial production run.

We fit each product on various sizes from UK 6 to UK 22 to understand how each size needs to be adapted to flatter every body. We then make small adjustments and iterations that will make all the difference when you wear it.

Listening to customers.

Listening to customers.

We love feedback from customers and we always want to know what you think of each style. After orders ship, we ask questions, send surveys and hold focus groups to better understand how we can refine and improve every style further to be better for you.

Since we started in 2011, we've always listened to customers and involved you in the product development process. We used to ask customers on Facebook which styles we should launch next, how we should design them and which colours we should use. Today, we use email or messaging based services on Whatsapp to share ideas and styles before we make them to get feedback.

We're very thankful for all of the feedback we always get. In between product production runs, we'll often make small adjustments to products fit and feel to improve it for you. For instance, sometimes we'll add pockets, make pockets deeper or remove them all together based on feedback.

If you have any product for us, please do let us know by emailing it to Sam@zaggora.com.

Perfect fit and feel.

Perfect fit and feel.

We optimise every style to fit every body shape. We’ll be introducing petite and tall sizes in the Spring and different lengths of inseam. We measure precisely and work with our pattern makers and garment technologists to get close to the most flattering fit.

The fit of every product is always a challenge, if it's not individually tailored. We're very mindful of the variety of shapes and sizes of customers all over the world. Whilst we make every effort to flatter every shape, we don't always get it right the first time. That's why listening to customer feedback is so important.

We have specially designed our supply chain to be able to make rapid changes to each product. We work closely with our production partners, most of whom are also family owned businesses, to be able to respond quickly to customer demand and feedback. We also manufacture close to the source of fabrics and fulfilment, to reduce the time it takes to re-stock or bring new styles to you.

Choosing the finest fabrics.

Choosing the finest fabrics.

We work hard to find the finest fabrics and materials so that every style is comfortable to wear and a joy to touch. We always will choose the more sustainable option, whether it’s Organic Cotton or ECONYL or other regenerated yarns that are kind to your skin and the environment.

We have a bank of fabric swatches in our design studios in London that enable our designers to feel the fabrics before we design using them. We then make a sample in our sampling studio to see how it looks, feels, wears and hangs. These fabric samples are also tested for washability and recovery to be ensure they are easy to manage once you have received them. In our testing facilities, we sometime will wash a product on 400-500 wash cycles to see how it can cope at different temperatures.

We've specially optimised our supply chain to be able to bring you the finest fabrics, at less than half the traditional retail value by reducing other costs. We've taken out the middle-men wholesalers and distributors. This way, the price you pay is for the product - not for our overheads.
